1. Extremely professional. You leave feeling pampered, cared for, and moisturised. 2. Nail tech is extremely precise, she takes care in each step and makes sure there are no bruises, cuts, bleeding, which I struggle with usually. She took her time to perfect the design I wanted and honestly left me wishing I took content of the process for TikTok. She was great company as well, so time literally flew by. 3. Lumi is excellent at what he does and it shows in his knowledge, I have had my eyebrows butchered by many establishments including SkinPhD and Sorbet Menlyn, very few people know how to work with bushy eyebrows and this man is one of them. I walked in with half shaved absolutely self-ruined eyebrows and walked out with a recovery plan and much more shape than what I initially had. 4. Prices are affordable and location is easily accessible 5. They do nails, facials, eyebrows As someone who struggles to find people who know how to do my eyebrows and nails well, I can confidently say I’ve found my people.
