You definitely deserve a 5 star rating for this customer service Be careful who you get to do your massage. Was the most painful massage I have ever had, my neck and back are bruised. And no I did not ask for a deep tissue massage

Pink Petals offers such a lovely, calm and relaxing space. You really feel pampered and your soul rejuvenated when you walk out of the spa. The staff are professional and friendly, and the treatments are divine - you do really get what you pay for. In terms of skin care - Kerry is phenomenal (the best in KZN) - she is truly a specialist and works absolute magic on your skin taking care to understand the challenges and adapt your treatment for the best outcome. I am personally prone to breakouts and I’m currently going to Kerry for regular skincare treatments. Although not finished with my skincare plan (it’s a process) the progress/ results are outstanding. I can highly recommend Pink Petals .

Always come here for my nails and love the service and friendly atmosphere. I also appreciate how easy it is to book online. I've tried many places over the years and the gel manicures from Pink Petals last longer than anywhere I've been before. No chipping or peeling which makes it excellent value for money 🩷
